We are seeking a skilled Facility Engineer to join our team and ensure the optimal performance of our facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our facility operations.
  • Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure all systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
  • Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
  • Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance and repair activities.
  • Project Oversight:
Manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  • Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all facility operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct safety audits, manage emergency response procedures, and enforce compliance with safety policies.
  • Budget Management:
Assist in budget planning and management for facility operations and maintenance.
  • Monitor expenditures and manage costs related to facility upkeep.
  • Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Proven experience in facility management or engineering, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to lead projects and manage maintenance teams.
