Facility Maintenance Engineer (SPX Express)

• Facility & MEP Maintenance:

-Oversee, inspect, and handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting for all facility and MEP systems

-Analyze operational issues, gather necessary data, and propose effective technical solutions/options to fix facility problems.

• Planning & Execution:

-Plan, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

-Make data-driven decisions and technical recommendations for facility improvements and resource allocation.

• Site Visits & Travel:

-Conduct site visits across various locations to inspect facilities, manage contractor work, and resolve on-site issues.

-Travel to provincial sites with overnight stays as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in facility management, MEP engineering, or building systems maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data gathering, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multi-site facilities efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
• Willing and able to travel and stay overnight in other provinces as needed.
