Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Safety, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or quality assurance environment is preferred.
  • Preferably an Executive specializing in Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Food Safety or equivalent.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, and food safety requirements.
  • Familiar with food hygiene practices, sanitation standards, and product safety control.
  • Preferably experience in handling internal audits, documentation control, and compliance monitoring is an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct food safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Knowledge in foreign matter control, allergen control, and contamination prevention.
  • Able to prepare and maintain quality records, SOPs, and reports.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team environment.
  • Willing to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
