Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Failure Analysis Technician, based in Perai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed failure analyses, identifying root causes of product or system malfunctions, and performing troubleshooting activities. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining test equipment, preparing detailed reports on findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures and improve product quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in conducting Failure Analysis processes and techniques to determine root causes of issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in identifying patterns and solving problems efficiently
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and Electrical Troubleshooting of complex systems
  • Familiarity with the usage and maintenance of Test Equipment
  • Educational qualification: Diploma in Engineering or related technical fields
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and communicate findings clearly
  • Less than 5 years of relevant work experience is acceptable
