Job Description

Be a Calvin Klein/Tommy Hilfiger ambassador and portray a professional and customer-oriented image at all times.

Provide and maintain high level of customer service.

Deliver company sales target on monthly basis.

Stock replenishment and storeroom management.

Responsible for store housekeeping.

Roster-based, on-shift duty required during public holidays to align retail store needs

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U in any field.

Min. 1 year of relevant retail operations experience, preferably in fashion apparel category.

Cheerful personality, assertive, analytical, pragmatic, disciplined.

Sales driven.

Excellent people/ interpersonal skills.

Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking tourists.

Senior Fashion Associate

Job Description

Be a Calvin Klein/Tommy Hilfiger ambassador and portray a professional and customer-oriented image at all times.

Provide and maintain high level of customer service.

Deliver company sales target on monthly basis.

2nd in-charge of the store and work closely with Store Supervisor.

Representative to attend meetings during absence of Store Supervisor.

Perform inventory replenishment as and when required.

Conduct training for junior associates.

Roster-based, on-shift duty required during public holidays to align retail store needs

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U in any field.

Min. 3 years of relevant retail operations experience, preferably in fashion apparel category.

Cheerful personality, assertive, analytical, pragmatic, disciplined.
