FI Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions covering account management, marketing of product & services, and strategic business development. 

Type of client coverage: (1) Pension Funds; (2) Asset Management Companies (3) Credit & Leasing Companies; (4) Investment Banks; (5) FinTech Companies  

1. Work in-line with management directions, plans and strategies to achieve the bank's overall expectations and objectives.  

2. FI Relationship management and business development

3. Marketing of product and services including ensuring efficient counterparty limit management to FI clients and to ensure profit maximization. Products and services including FI Deposits; Loans; Payment, Clearing & Settlement solution; Cross-border investment solution into China's capital market; cross-selling/collaboration on Global Market products, DCM/ECM deal(s) referral; China & RMB related solution for FI etc.  

4. Risk and compliance management. Monitor and control risk arising from dealing with FI counterparties as the first line of defense, mainly including credit risk, AML, reputation risk etc. 

5. Carrying out administrative role including marketing call reporting, business figure compilation, compliance reporting etc.

6. To adhere to the Financial Services Act 2013. Adheres and ensures that the policies, procedures and guidelines listed in the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Operations Manual are complied with as well as all other operating policies/procedures and regulatory rules are compliant at all times. Keep abreast of the provision and changes in the Statutory requirements, Head Office Policies and Bank Negara Malaysia's Guidelines to ensure due compliance in all aspects of human resources and administration.

7. Perform any other functions as assigned by Management from time to time.
