Job Description

To perform engineering works and provide technical support with the principal and customers, inclusive of site and service work and/or any other duties designated and determined by the company to enhance the business operation.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and services to customer or team members.

Responsible for field testing, application support and troubleshooting of equipment handled by the company.

Responsible for servicing, repairing, and solving of system breakdowns.

Understands customer's problems (needs and wants), capture design requirements and feedback to factory to meet customer needs and ensures customer satisfaction.

Works as a dependable part of a larger project team.

Take initiative to own and solve specific customer issues.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electronics and electrical from a recognized university.

Good knowledge with electrical infrastructure and schemes such as electrical diagram, electrical compartment layout and I/O assignment.

Good command of written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.

Self-Motivated and a team player.

Customer-oriented attitude and approach.

Willing to take on new challenges and learning

Flexibility and willingness to travel and support customers globally
