Complete robot and AGV debugging tasks according to the commissioning plan, address on-site debugging issues and emergencies at customer sites, document technical difficulties that cannot be promptly resolved, and provide timely feedback (30%);
Primarily liaise with Southeast Asian clients, understand their needs, compile and record requirements, and promptly report them to technical leads and project managers (20%);
Facilitate technical exchanges with domestic technical teams in China, and provide training to local service providers (10%);
Manage outsourced personnel training, supervision, and evaluation, while also overseeing on-site project management (15%);
Break down daily workload based on the commissioning plan, allocate resources efficiently, monitor debugging progress, and ensure project completion within the stipulated timeline (15%);
Conduct periodic project summaries and reports, assist the project manager in preparing project acceptance documentation, promote acceptance procedures, and provide post-project technical support (10%);
Efficiently and accurately complete other tasks assigned by superiors and provide timely feedback (10%).
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Robotics, or related fields;
Proficient in using office software;
At least 3 years of on-site project implementation experience, including debugging experience with at least one of the following robot brands: KUKA, Yaskawa, or Fanuc. Preference given to candidates with 1 or more years of on-site management experience;
Familiar with AMR, ARV, and collaborative robots, as well as their application scenarios; strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to accept frequent business travel.
