With a reputation for innovation and operational excellence, they empower industrial facilities to optimize energy consumption and enhance sustainability through advanced auditing and system intelligence.

Mission

The Air Auditor plays a critical role in evaluating and optimizing complex compressed air systems for industrial clients. This position requires a sophisticated balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and consultative problem-solving. You will manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle—from initial technical analysis to post-audit solution delivery—partnering with customers to drive operational efficiency, significantly reduce energy costs, and ensure long-term environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

1. Technical System Evaluation

  • System Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of compressed air systems, ensuring a deep understanding of air quality standards and specific industrial requirements.

  • Equipment Proficiency: Assess various types of air compressors and their operation modes to identify performance gaps and mechanical inefficiencies.

  • Energy Auditing: Utilize advanced audit tools and data-logging equipment to conduct energy audits and perform precise calculations regarding compressed air system operating costs.

2. Solution Development & Standards Compliance

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure all audits and proposed solutions adhere to relevant local and international industrial standards, including ASME EA-4, $ISO$ 11011, $CSA$ C837, and $ISO$ 8573.

  • Efficiency Strategy: Propose customized technical solutions and system optimizations aimed at achieving measurable energy savings and cost reduction.

  • Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports, technical findings, and ROI presentations for customer stakeholders.

3. Customer Engagement & Support

  • Technical Consultation: Act as a technical subject matter expert for clients, explaining complex data findings in a clear, actionable manner.

  • Follow-up: Manage the post-audit follow-up process to track implementation success and provide additional technical guidance as needed.
