Field Engineer

[Job Overview]

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support of manufacturing automation equipment.

[Job Responsivity]

- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, decommissioning, repair, training, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing automation equipment.

- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to effectively repair equipment failures.

- Establish a seamless interface between customers and Getech.

- Assist in Factory Acceptance Test preparation and prepare for installation work.

- Monitor all open service tickets and promptly resolve equipment issues in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) with customers.

- Demonstrate high integrity and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Spearhead customer issues and coordinate with internal departments and customer stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. Escalate to management if necessary.

- Respond to phone support and onsite support requests in accordance with SLA.

- Promote additional value-added services, spare parts, upgrades, and other relevant offerings when visiting customer sites or as opportunities arise.

- Prepare and present accurate, detailed service reports in a timely manner.

- Assume responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

MUST TO HAVE

- Minimum 1 year experience in operating automated equipment as engineer

- Proficiency in electrical components such as servo motors and robots

- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, pneumatic drawings, and electrical drawings

- Possess valid own car
