RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide world-class sales and account support to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Achieve assigned customer sales targets and support strategic account development.
Establish and maintain multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key customers.
Collaborate with global and regional account teams to implement effective account strategies.
Work closely with Business Unit Product Managers and OEM sales teams to support new program built.
Understand customers technical roadmaps and align internal development activities to their needs.
Gather and analyze customer and market intelligence to support strategic planning.
Differentiate the company's products and services through strong value propositions and solution-based selling.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including driving design wins and supporting ODM qualification processes.
Manage day-to-day customer requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Good command of English languages both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
3-5 years minimum experience in a Sales/Account Management role in a technical industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Preferably with experience in components sales to the EMS industry.
Highly proactive, innovative, enthusiastic, passionate, with strong problem solving, and analytical thinking skills and team player.
