Directly contribute to the assigned territory's revenue and objectives, ensuring the delivery of growth rates that enhance market share at planned levels in alignment with country targets
Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and drive continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures
Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in the development of customer strategies to secure competitor business
Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Visit clients regularly to present products/services and close deals
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain and expand customer base in the assigned territory
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager
Requirement:
Diploma or degree 2-3 years experience leading sales processes and people at multiple levels.
Candidate required to travelExperience in Field sales process management, Sales performance management, coaching, and mentoring
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and travel frequently
