Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Sales Executive, located in Pulau Indah, Klang. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving distributions targets by identifying and reaching out to new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, managing accounts, conducting market analysis, preparing accurate sales reports, and providing product information to clients to meet their unique needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in account management, market analysis, and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Good understanding of the lubrication industry or similar technical fields is an advantage
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and basic proficiency in office software
  • Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Possession of a valid driver's license to facilitate travel within the designated region
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
