Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong. In this position, the specialist engages directly with potential customers, presents client products and services, and explains key benefits in a clear and professional manner. Daily tasks include identifying prospects, conducting field visits to convert opportunities into sales. The specialist is expected to deliver high-quality customer service, meet agreed performance targets, and represent clients and the company in a professional, ethical manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and create positive customer experiences in face-to-face settings.
• Demonstrated Sales skills with experience in closing deals, negotiating, and working toward measurable sales targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong, travel within assigned areas, and adapt to a field-based, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, strong time management, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in field sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
