Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Service Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, solving technical problems on-site, and are open to overseas assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission equipment at customer sites
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment
• Provide operational training to customer engineers
• Troubleshoot equipment faults; handle PLC programming, debugging, and optimization
• Document equipment issues and provide timely solutions and feedback
• Complete other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Based in Malaysia
• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields
• Experience in PLC programming, debugging, and maintenance
• Fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Willing to travel internationally and work overtime as required
• Fluent in English and Chinese

马来西亚售后岗位

(马来西亚人选,主要是出差为主,美国/印度/意大利等。后续马来项目再开展也会再马来工作的。固定薪资+绩效,固定部分是 5000-8000 马币,综合月薪能达到 2W 多人民币,加班会有加班费)

岗位职责:

1、负责客户现场设备的安装与调试工作。

2、负责设备的定期维护与保养。

3、协助对客户工程师开展操作培训。

4、处理现场设备故障,完成 PLC 编程、调试及程序优化工作。

5、记录现场设备问题,并及时解决与反馈。

6、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1、技能:精通调试维护与PLC编程

2、学历/专业:全日制大专及以上(对标国内大学)机械/电气自动化等工科专业

3、经验:具相关经验或优秀应届生

4、软性:擅协作沟通,接受长期外派加班(美国/印度/意大利等)

5、语言:熟练中英文

6、国籍:马来籍华人

7、年龄:24-30 男性
