Job Responsibility
- Attend & Solve technical problems of copier machine on customer site.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and service copier machines
- Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur to Superior for proper operational escalation points.
- Communicate with customer to understand customer problem and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform all phases of machine set-up, operation, and routine maintenance
- Perform any ad hoc task as assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required Skill(s): IT related knowledge, Technical Skills, Printing Software
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Services, Maintenance and Repair Copier or IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Possess own transport.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
