Field Services Engineer (Medical Device)

Job Role

You are responsible for the commissioning, servicing and maintenance of the Company's products.

You will be the key contact person for regional customer support and service visits. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team and provide service training and technical support, where applicable.

Job Description

1. Provide regional customer support and schedule service visits. During initial business build up phase, conduct sales visits and generate sales. For clarity, service training and technical support takes precedent over sales related activities.

2. Attend to pre-sales and technical support to customers and distributors. Where applicable, present and lead presentation, demonstration and sample measurement

3. Maintain the highest level of service and relationship with customers, ensuring our equipment meet the factory specifications and are in accordance with the customers requirements.

4. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment in a safe and professional manner, adhering to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures.

5. Manage all service maintenance agreements and follow-up with customers on its renewal.

6. Maintain an inventory of equipment and parts required for troubleshooting and repair works.

Qualification & Requirements :

• Diploma in electronics or related and higher
• 1 - 2 Years related experience, and
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Must be able to travel
