Job Summary:

Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients.
• Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements.

Required Skills

• Must Degree Education and above
• Exp: Min 2 years of experience of related working experience
