Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Maintain and update financial databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing financial reports, invoices, and payment records.
  • Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks and ensure timely data updates.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes and provide necessary administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
