Finance Analyst (FP&A)

Responsibilities

:

• Lead annual budgeting process for plantation, aquaculture and mill operations
• Prepare cash flow projections and support monthly/quarterly/yearly financial planning
• Assist SFM & CFO and functional teams to ensure timely and accurate budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
• Perform monthly/quarterly P&L, budget vs. actual and financial performance variance analysis, including aging analysis
• Responsible for operational controlling of CAPEX and OPEX and provide financial/business support to operational teams
• Perform monthly flash results, KPI dashboard, quarterly IFR commentary
• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making

Requirements

:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Financial/Management roles.
• Hands-on experience in financial management reporting, financial accounting, and project accounting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel analysis data, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and implement corrective measures.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have:

• CIMA/CA/CPA (qualified/partly qualified) or equivalent.
• Plantation, aquaculture or commodity-based business.
• Knowledge in UBS system.
