Finance Analyst

Accounts Receivable (AR)60%

Handle daily accounts receivable operations including bank receipts update, updating billing files, and managing customer payments.

Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection with Statement of Accounts being sent to Customers.

Co-ordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing and collections-related issues.

Update reconciliation, AR Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO), Expected Credit Loss (ECL) reporting

Issue Credit notes, Debit notes on periodic basis

Support credit release, letter of credit, D/A orders as required.

Accounts Payable (AP) 10%

Manage Accounts Payable including invoice processing, payment posting, reconciliations, supplier communication, and monthly AP closing and payment runs.

Ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.

Month end closing, Reporting and Other 30%

Support ad-hoc finance tasks such as customer/vendor account maintenance.

Assist in month end closing, prepare cashflow, balance sheet reconciliation and SG GST / SG WHT / AGM ESG / Tax reporting.

Assist as needed in statutory compliance Singapore audit and tax preparation.

Liaise with vendors, customers, internal departments to resolve issues and support operations.

Support business process improvements and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree with relevant accounting qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Basic experience with using accounting software Oracle/ SAP / ERP and MS Office applications Excel (Basic formulas and creating reports)
