Job Description
- Prepare financial analysis and management reports, delivering insights to support business decision-making and leadership reviews.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance commentary.
- Partner with commercial, operational, and accounting teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable financial insights.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives and business projects.
- Support process improvement initiatives, including standardisation of reports, dashboards, and automation/digitalisation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and support audit and statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist in the development of financial tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enhance data visibility and performance tracking.
- Identify financial risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunities, escalating issues where appropriate.
The Successful Applicant
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting automation).
- Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and structured reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
