Finance Analyst

Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports.

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial results.

Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.

Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.

Support the preparation of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

Conduct financial research and market analysis.

Assist in cost optimization and expense management.

Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.

Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Support audits and financial compliance activities.

Strong understanding of Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and advanced formulas.

Knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).

Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Basic knowledge of financial modeling and valuation.

Familiarity with accounting principles and financial ratios.

Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good understanding of business finance and cost analysis.

Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
