Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Finance and Admin Executive located in Shah Alam. Responsibilities include managing financial transactions, preparing reports, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and overseeing administrative tasks. Additional duties encompass assisting with office management tasks such as resource allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the operational needs of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and invoicing with relevant software
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage office operations effectively
  • Knowledge of compliance with financial and administrative protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Relevant work experience in finance or administration within similar industries is an advantage
