Role Descriptions

This is a full-time job located in Kuala Lumpus for a Finance and Administration position. The role involves tasks such as financial planning, executing and managing financial operations (handling invoices, petty cash, and expenses documentations), analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate accounting records, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

1. Have Experience in basic administration and finance tasks, including handling invoices, petty cash, and expense documentation.
2. Knowledge of Malaysian payroll and tax components such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
3. Ability to manage and prepare tender-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Skills in Financial Planning and Finance
5. Strong Analytical Skills
6. Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
7. Excellent Communication skills
8. Attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
11. Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountants (CPA)/Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
