Job Description
1. Human Resources (HR) Management
Recruitment & Staffing
- Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to align with business needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain a positive work culture and handle employee grievances.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry compensation benchmarks.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Oversee performance appraisal and career progression frameworks.
HR Compliance & Policy Development
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
2. Financial Management
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Monitor company expenditures and suggest cost-saving strategies.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee financial statements, bookkeeping, and monthly closings.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies.
Payroll & Benefits Accounting
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement.
- Oversee employee benefits costs and financial implications.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Implement internal control to mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and finance regulations.
