Job Summary

The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial management and daily operational support functions, including Accounts, Human Resources, and Administration. This role ensures efficient business operations, proper financial control, regulatory compliance, and effective management of internal support teams.

Job Descriptions

  • Manage the company's full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ensure timely tax submissions, statutory compliance, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including administration, procurement, vendor management, and office policies.
  • Supervise HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, and performance management.
  • Lead and guide the Admin, HR, and Accounts teams, improving workflows and ensuring effective cross-department coordination.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, compliance standards, and risk management practices while supporting senior management in operational and strategic matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 58 years of relevant experience in finance and operations management for SME.
  • Experienced in supervising Accounts, Human Resources, or Administration teams.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
