Finance Assistant Manager
Salary Range: RM 6 8K (based on working experience & qualification)
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting financial operations and performance delivery through data analysis, ERP system enhancement, and process improvement. Compiles and reviews manufacturing and financial data for management decisions, ensuring effective reporting, compliance, and continuous operational improvement across departments.
Major Responsibilities:
- To support MD/ finance department to drive Company Operation KPI's; support financial operation to deliver performance
- Develop and supervise function Departments to generate continuous to shape the implementation and deliver opportunities & outcomes.
- Responsible for troubleshooting or coordinator of EPR system, involvement in enhancement process in ERP system.
- Compile, review and analyse manufacturing data / financial data for higher management decision.
- To add high value to an organization by challenging the effectiveness of established procedures.
- Coordinate all reporting requirement, conduct review, analyse & summarizing account details.
- To Support for ad-hoc assignments/duties that may direct or assign by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Education Requirement: Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (required to send email to China customer)
- Experience Requirement: Min 8 years work experience in Accounting/Finance
- Required Skill(s): Hands-on experience in ERP applications and/or manufacturing operations, with strong knowledge of process flow, costing, and efficiency improvement. Must be proactive and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on enhancement and project assignments.
Other Information:
- Working hours (day and time): 8.30am-5.30pm. Monday to Friday
- Allowances - Fix monthly allowance of travelling RM100 + meal RM 50 (upon confirmation)
- 1-month contractual bonus
- Performance bonus - based on company performance & top management decision
- Person report to Senior Finance Manager
