Job Description
- Act as a key finance liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, end markets, and Finance teams.
- Coordinate financial recharge, cost allocation, and purchase order processes to ensure timely and accurate cost recovery.
- Support budget tracking, accrual management, financial reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Monitor financial commitments, outstanding transactions, and approvals, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare financial reports, cost summaries, accrual updates, and management dashboards to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Maintain financial records, trackers, supporting documentation, and governance reports.
- Support administration of finance-related systems, licenses, and operational processes, including SAP, ServiceNow, and other business tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in Finance Operations, Finance Business Partnering, Financial Administration, Project Finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, accruals, cost allocation, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and finance reporting tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
