Job Description
Finance Controller | Cent Health
Koramangala, Bengaluru | Full-time | 5+ Years Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting
- Manage accounting, monthly/annual closures and financial reporting
- Oversee GST, TDS, PF, PT, ROC and other statutory compliances
- Lead statutory, internal and tax audits
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and banking relationships
- Drive cost optimization and cash-burn monitoring
- Build and mentor the finance & accounts team
- Support fundraising, financial modelling and investor reporting
Must-Have
- 5+ years in Finance & Accounts, including 2+ years in a leadership/controllership role
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and Indian statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial modelling and MIS
- Proven audit management experience
- Strong analytical skills, ownership and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Startup/high-growth experience preferred; healthcare/health-tech experience is a plus
