Role Description

This full-time role as Finance Executive is based on-site in Petaling Jaya. The Finance Executive will manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, analyze budgets, and monitor expenditures. The role includes ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in audit and tax preparations. Collaborating with various departments and assisting in financial decision-making will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and accounting skills, including budget analysis and financial reporting
• Proficiency in tools like Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or utilities sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
