Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including uploading, validating, and consolidating financial data using the designated reporting system.
- Support financial closing activities and audit processes for assigned entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Coordinate information requests for ongoing reporting requirements, including regular and adhoc submissions across multiple business units.
- Prepare detailed quarterly schedules and ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant data representation from all contributing teams.
- Assist in statutory financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, regional reporting, and allocated balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle regulatory reporting tasks and contribute to the management of external audit processes when required.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide reporting data and ensure smooth information flow across the organisation.
- Support a positive team culture by encouraging development, knowledge sharing, and maintaining a proactive, solutionsfocused attitude.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Minimum two years of accounting experience within a large corporate finance environment or professional services firm.
- Fresh Big4/10 Auditors are welcomed to apply.
- Solid understanding of consolidation processes and accounting policies.
- Strong familiarity with relevant accounting standards and their application.
- Handson experience preparing statutory financial statements.
- Competence in financial analysis, financial modelling, management reporting, and procurementrelated processes.
- Ability to provide clear guidance on accounting and management-related queries.
