Job Description

Job Overview

  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Ensure all expenses, revenues, accruals, and adjustments are recorded correctly.
  • Make sure the books are closed on time every month.
  • Handle transactions between the company and its subsidiaries/related entities.
  • Confirm balances with other entities and resolve mismatches.
  • Process or validate electronic invoices in the accounting system.
  • Ensure invoices comply with local tax

Qualification

  • Preferably at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting field
  • Experienced in handling full set of accounts
  • Preferably experienced working in F&B or retail field

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good analysis skills and ability to collaborate with multi-department team
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is an added advantage
