Finance Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

We are an emerging HRMS SaaS provider based in Malaysia, building a next-generation, multi-tenant Cloud HRMS platform.

This role requires hands-on execution combined with strategic financial oversight, supporting business growth, compliance, and cash flow sustainability in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. Independent finance professional responsible for managing the company's end-to-end financial operations.

• To monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Reporting requirements in general.
• Prepare monthly management reports including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statements, bank reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Manage Saas billing cycle, follow up payments and manage collections.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial projections. Provide financial insights to support pricing, cost control and growth decisions.
• Handle corporate income tax, and statutory filings. Liaise with tax agents, auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Implement finance systems and tools suitable for a Saas startup.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (HR, operations) to drive business performance and financial discipline.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and procedures that align to ISO27001.

·       Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

·       Minimum 3- 5 years of hand-on finance and accounting experience, preferably experience in a Saas, technology / start up environment.

·       High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

·       Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.

·       Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
