- Key Duties
- 1.Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions including processing Concur claims, payments, and ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia payment codes.
- 2. Manage Treasury functions bank account setup and maintenance, Coupa reporting, cash forecasting, In-House Bank accounts, internal netting & settlement, opening Bank Guarantees, documentation verification, and presentation of Letters of Credit to banks.
- 3. Responsible for Taxation matters corporate tax, withholding tax, and e-invoice compliance.
- 3. Administer Fixed Asset Management tracking and ensuring compliance throughout asset lifecycle.
- 4. Perform Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
- 5. Prepare full-set accounts of a small company.
- 6. Generate monthly balance listings for Company, including reconciliation and journal postings.
- 7. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- ACCA candidate preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Fresh graduates may also be considered.
