ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Executive, Finance role supports the Company's finance and accounting functions. The role involves assisting with daily financial operations, preparing and maintaining financial records, supporting reconciliations and reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. This is a hands-on role that helps ensure accurate financial reporting and effective financial control across the organisation.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.

  • Fresh graduates with strong academic results and relevant internship experience may be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and other expenses.

  • Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.

  • Assist in data entry into accounting systems.

  • Perform bank reconciliations.

  • Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and management, board and board committee papers.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and statutory requirements.

  • Assist during audit and tax exercises by providing required documents.

  • Assist in liaising with banks, financial institutions, regulators and stakeholders.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
