Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located either in Batu Caves or Bandar Serenia. The Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and producing detailed financial reports. The incumbent will also utilize their analytical skills to contribute to financial planning and decision-making processes.

1. Prepare day-to-day payments and records

2. Prepare Project Costing sheets

3. Prepare payment requisitions for board approval

4. Implement e-invoices, sst, tax records

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance
• Experience with Sales and Services Tax (GST) compliance and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the use of financial software and tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
