Job Description

Job Purpose

To coordinate deployment activities for Finance area in collaboration with function leads and expertsin NOCCs, countries or above countries.To coordinate in NOCCs with process expertsand business champions in own functional area.

The role reports to the LDC Adopt Region APMAJC Finance Lead.

Major Accountabilities

  • Lead the deployment of LDC Releases of functional business processes ensure deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with functional team members to understand and execute the agreed scope of each release.
  • Define, allocate and coach the resources requiredfor successful in-country deployment and delivery.
  • Work with Adopt Lead to ensure seamlessinteraction of expertiseareas and activities above country.
  • Adhere to the LDC templateand the confirmed LSTRs in the Deployment process area.
  • Engage with internalstakeholders on functional and deployment deliverables.
  • Support user acceptance testing to enablelocal organization endorsement and support for positive Go decision.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between Functional and Business experts(e.g. country, NOCC,HUB, etc.) to achieve sustainable process solutions.

Key Performance Indicators / Measures Of Success

  • Completion of LDC deliverables according to communicated plan.
  • Satisfaction with qualityof delivered outcome
  • Stakeholder engagement

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Education & Qualifications

University Degree preferably in Finance or Business Administration

Languages

  • Fluent in English

Experiences

  • At least 3 years experience in country or NOCC functional role
  • Experienced working with global teams in a virtual setup, and managing x-functional projects
  • In depth knowledge of processes within functional area
  • Managing a team directly or indirectly

Competencies

  • Project management, communication, negotiation and coordination, can manage country/plant stakeholders
  • Strategic and pragmatic hands-on approach, with ability to make things happen (preparing & running meetings, tracking plan progress, managing risks)
  • Role model for values and behaviors across the organization with ability to motivate people directly and indirectly

Technical/Functional Skills& Knowledge

  • Good understanding of Functional processes
  • Business transformation and change management
  • Project risk management
