1. Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models for projects.
- Analyze cash flow projections, debt structuring, and return on investment (ROI).
- Support scenario analysis and stress testing for financing structures.
2. Market & Industry Research
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and financial instruments.
- Assist in preparing presentations or reports on potential investment opportunities.
- Gather data on interest rates, inflation, and economic conditions affecting project financing.
3. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
- Support due diligence on potential projects, including legal, financial, and operational risks.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, term sheets, and financing agreements.
- Help assess risks related to funding sources, credit ratings, and feasibility studies.
4. Coordination & Administrative Support
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams (legal, engineering, operations) for project evaluation.
- Support meetings with financial advisors, lenders, and project sponsors.
- Help manage deadlines and track deliverables for project financing processes.
5. Other ad hoc matters
