We're looking for someone who can help our finance manager to manage our finance function. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to step up into a role with lots of oversight and responsibility.
Job Description
- Core accountancy work - consolidating financial statements of all group companies including group consolidation
- The preparation of our customer usage metrics to provide insight to the rest of the business on how our customers are engaging with our products and services
- Ensure the bank reconciliations are performed in a timely manner and according to the relevant regulatory requirements
- Invoicing our clients and ensuring collections are prompt
Qualifications
- Key personality traits - Independent, self starter, problem solver, responsible and reliable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Commercially minded and can think outside of the box
- Experience working in a rapidly scaling business
- The ability to build scalable processes and tools from scratch
- The ability to produce documentation (accounting policies, how-to guides)
- Expert-level Excel experience
