Why This Internship is Great For You

As a Finance Intern - Procurement, you'll get hands‑on exposure to material pricing, packaging operations, and supplier coordination in a fast‑moving business environment. You will support pricing updates, new product launches, packaging trials, and day‑to‑day operational activities while working closely with supply chain, finance, and procurement teams. It's a great opportunity to learn how data, pricing, and packaging come together to support both daily operations and major campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Support monthly and quarterly updates of packaging material prices in internal systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
• Assist with new product and packaging setup, including material creation, pricing support, and coordination for artwork and launches
• Help track and reconcile supplier rebates and pricing data, working closely with Finance and suppliers to follow up on documentation
• Support contract tracking and documentation, including monitoring expiry dates and ensuring agreements are properly signed and filed
• Assist in coordinating packaging trials, ensuring materials are ready and aligned with suppliers and internal teams
• Help monitor quality KPIs and material issues, supporting follow‑ups and improvement actions with suppliers
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support such as PR to PO conversion and basic vendor setup

What You'll Learn

• Hands‑on exposure to procurement, supply chain, and finance processes (PR, PO, vendor setup)
• How to work with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to coordinate materials and timelines
• The basics of contract tracking, quality KPIs, and process improvement in a real business environment
• Practical experience using enterprise systems and structured data in a corporate setting

What We're Looking For

• Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement or interested students up to their final year in their program.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage documents and data accurately
• Comfortable working with numbers, basic reconciliation, and spreadsheets (Excel)
• Willing to learn new systems and tools (e.g. SAP or internal portals)
• Good communication and follow‑up skills to coordinate with different teams.
• Minimum attachment period of 6 months.
• Willing to be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
