- Ensure timely completion of work assigned with high accuracy
- Assist the Accounts Payable team and all activities within these functions
- Perform verification to the details of various vendors, and validation of Accounts Payable invoices in a timely manner
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information and reports for assigned tasks.
- Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Assist in evidence gathering for external and internal audits
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by superior.
- Emphasize teamwork and to provide assistance to the team by handling daily tasks
- Second or third year student of Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and highly adaptable with a good attitude
- Basic accounting knowledge and willing to work with data entry tasks
- Good and approachable interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 3 months internship
