Finance Manager

What You Will Do

a) To take an active role in the formulation and be responsible for the compliance and enforcement of the Group's Policies, Rules & Regulations and Company's standard operating policies.

b) Lead the finance and accounting operations in compliance with accounting, taxation standards and corporate governance.

c) Liaise and coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax agencies, company secretaries, and relevant financial / government institutions for all financial and statutory matters.

d) Tax Compliance: ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings., including GST, SST and corporate income tax, while staying up-to-date with changing tax regulations.

e) Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare and monitor budgets, as well as provide insights for future financial planning.

f) Monitor budget performance, analyze deviations and recommend corrective actions.

g) Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights for decision making. Identify trends and areas for improvement to optimize financial performance.

h) Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by company.

What We Want from You

a) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial or related field.

b) Minimum 8 years working experience in Senior Management in Accounting / Financial filed (experience in manufacturing is preferable)

c) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker with attention to details.

d) Must be details oriented, organized and a proactive self-starter able to work independently.

e) Strong understanding of Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations.

f) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

g) Proficiency in English & Chinese as a working language

RM 9,000 - RM 13,000 per month
