Our client is a leading player in the medical device industry, dedicated to improving lives through innovation and quality healthcare solutions. As the firm is currently growing commercially, they are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their growing team and drive financial operations to the next level.
Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR, GL, and cash flow management.
- Handle the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and forecasts.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Compute commissions for sales personnel and manage and tax filings.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Take on ad-hoc duties as required to support business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements, coupled with solid business acumen.
- Hands-on, proactive, and organised, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
