Finance Manager, AmREIT

Location: Wisma AmFIRST, Kelana Jaya

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare/review management reports/statutory reports to ensure compliance to MFRSs, Internal SOPs/Policies, Securities Commission's Guideline on Listed REIT, Trust Deed, Bursa's Listing Requirements.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, regulatory bodies to ensure compliance of related requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders within the Company for the timely submission and compilation of financial reporting.
• Plan and manage works of Finance Team to ensure timely and quality reporting of financial reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
• Guide Finance staff on matters relating to MFRSs and requirements of regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

• Ideal candidate should possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any equivalent field of study.
• Certified as a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant.
• At least to have 3 - 5 years of working experience in Finance/Auditing.
• Well versed in Accounting Standards and Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience in handling regulatory submission such as SST, e-Invoicing, Taxation.
• Knowledge in REIT industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in using property management system.
