- Oversee cash flow management and optimise working capital.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are an advantage.
- Proven expertise in financial management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
