Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Tebrau, Malaysia. The Finance Manager will manage financial operations, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, analyzing data for strategic decision-making, managing audits, and optimizing financial performance. Collaboration with department heads to ensure efficient financial management and contributing to overall organizational growth will also be a crucial part of the role.

• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and auditing
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to financial management
• Proficiency in financial software, tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare industry
