Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Malaysia business.
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
- Analyze capital needs and financial viability for upcoming projects.
2. Strategic Financing
- Develop financing strategies that align with mid-to-long term business plans.
- Manage and reduce financing costs across the company.
3. Risk & Cash Flow Management
- Implement financial risk controls and monitor financial exposure.
- Oversee cash flow management at group, project, and ad-hoc levels to ensure operational liquidity.
4. Legal & Compliance Support
- Assist with finance-related legal matters and ensure financial operations comply with relevant laws.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Prior experience in a Finance Manager role.
- Strong command of financial reporting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in strategic planning.
