Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager at our Tebrau location. The Finance Manager will oversee the hospital's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Daily responsibilities include managing financial reports, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial advice to support decision-making. The role also involves leading, coaching, and mentoring the finance team to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong competency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline financial processes and ensure operational efficiency
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is highly desirable
  • At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
