Month-End Closing & Reporting
- Own the month-end closing calendar and ensure all tasks — accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and reconciliations — are completed on schedule.
- Prepare monthly management accounts with clear commentary on variances against budget and prior period.
- Coordinate with store operations and merchandising teams to validate financial inputs and resolve discrepancies ahead of close.
- Support statutory reporting, tax filings, and external audit requirements as the finance function matures.

- Own accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections tracking, and ageing analysis across stores and wholesale channels.
- Build SOPs and internal controls for AP and AR workflows to ensure operational consistency and audit readiness.
- Monitor working capital health and flag issues with cash flow timing, vendor credit terms, and outstanding receivables
